Rochelle Alers is true to form in this lovely 3 book series about the Whitfield Sisters. You will enjoy all three of books and won't be able to put them down until you have the book finished.
This was another one of those books where I kept shouting at the hero don't bother with the drama queen. The heroine was very needy and dramatic, no wonder she kept meeting frogs since she came across as a frog herself with her whining ways. This took me over a week to finish, a touch of OCD made me stubborn enough to bother. I would give it one star but the character of the hero appealed to me. It seems being extremely beautiful gets your man no matter about the rest of your character - aloofness attracts rich handsome black men. I'll give it a try- lol
Now this book was good. Ethan McMillan.so fine. This is book 2 of the Whitfield trilogy and I really enjoyed reading it. I thought the chemistry between Faith and Ethan was hot.
"The Sweetest Temptation" by Rochelle Alers is a true sweet temptation if i've ever had one. Ethan is just as determained to break through her walls of defense. Rochelle told a story of a workalholic who trys not to fall in love with one of her clients realtives. From that point on Faith tries to hide her feelings for and from Ethan. While they are batteling their emotions they begin to fall deeper and deeper in love with each other. Rochelle wrote a very romantic story of finding love and letting it take over you.
I like that the character in the book were a baker and a Driver. But the guy really own his own company. I like that the character did not jump in the bed at the beginning of the relationship. I really enjoy this book.
